Opening times details:
The Palace Cinema is open seven days a week. Ticket sales are online on our website 24/7, or in person during box office opening hours: usually from from 4pm Tues, Sat & Sun and from 7pm Mon, Weds, Thurs & Fri.
'The Red Shoes' (PG) plays as part of the Palace's mini season of a special selection of five classic '40s films made by Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger, running Nov '23 and Jan '24. In addition to this screening introduced by Amber Butchart, it also plays Sat 9 Dec at 4pm and Sun 10 Dec at 7pm.
Coming up in Jan, the Palace's season concludes with 'Black Narcissus' and 'A Canterbury Tale', the latter introduced on Tues 23 Jan by Powell & Pressburger expert Eddie MacMillan, Senior Lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church University.
